Jonathan Boldin, currently the Managing Director FHA Deputy Chief Underwriter at Hudson Realty Capital, has extensive experience in the real estate financing industry. With previous roles at Arbor Realty Trust, Great Lakes Financial Group, and Howard Wershbale & Company, Jonathan has a strong background in underwriting, financial analysis, and auditing. Jonathan is responsible for managing due diligence/underwriting processes, establishing policies, training staff, and ensuring the quality of loan submissions.
