Harry Kapralos

Harry Kapralos has extensive work experience in the legal and healthcare industries. Harry currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Hudson Regional Hospital, where they provide executive leadership and oversees the legal and compliance departments. Prior to their current role, Harry worked as a Senior Counsel at Frier Levitt, LLC, a nationally recognized healthcare and life sciences boutique firm. Harry represented clients in various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Before that, Harry served as Counsel at Genova Burns, LLC, a mid-sized law firm, where they were recognized as a top lawyer. Harry also gained valuable experience as a Corporate Counsel at Curative Health Services, where they handled transactions, compliance, regulatory matters, and litigation strategy. Harry began their career as an Associate at Lifshutz, Polland & Hoffman, P.C., focusing on corporate and regulatory matters for healthcare clients. Throughout their career, Harry has demonstrated expertise in healthcare law, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, regulatory affairs, and litigation strategy.
