Mike Carter

Mike Carter has extensive experience in the financial industry, specifically in compliance and fraud mitigation. Mike served as the Director of Compliance and Fraud Mitigation at Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU) starting from May 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice-president of Compliance at the New York Credit Union Association for a period of 16 years, from May 2001 to May 2017.

Mike Carter attended Siena College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management.
