Leona O'Connell

Leona O'Connell has extensive experience in human services, currently serving as a Case Manager at Hudson River Housing since May 2015. Prior experience includes an internship at Supportive Services for Veteran Families in early 2015, where assistance was provided in outreach and case administration. Additional internships at Pawling Resource Center and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York highlighted skills in public relations and organizational tasks. Leona also worked in the Student Accounts Office at Dutchess Community College between 2012 and 2014, handling phone inquiries and document management. Academically, Leona O'Connell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Mount Saint Mary College and an Associate's degree in the same field from Dutchess Community College.
