Sarah Chilamkurti

Sarah Wiley Chilamkurti has extensive experience in people operations and human resources, holding key positions at several prominent firms. At Hudson River Trading, Sarah serves in People Operations. Previously, Sarah was the Head of People for Global Equities at Citadel and held roles as People Team Lead and HR Business Partner. At Accenture, Sarah advanced from Consultant to Manager. Early career experience includes positions at Target as an Expert Analyst and Senior Analyst. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
