Ambassador at Riverkeeper

Heidi Albertsen is an accomplished fashion model with extensive experience, having worked with Elite Model Management Copenhagen, MACDELLA COOPER FOUNDATION, and other prestigious agencies since 1993. Currently serving as an ambassador for the MACDELLA COOPER FOUNDATION and Riverkeeper, Heidi has also held the role of president at Heidi Albertsen Enterprises LLC and spokesperson for a non-profit organization. Education includes studies at The City University of New York, National Academy School of Fine Arts, Hunter College, Art Students League of New York, and Parsons The New School for Design. In addition, Heidi has served as a judge for the Miss Universe Pageant and various Elite Model competitions.

Riverkeeper

Riverkeeper is a member-supported watchdog organization dedicated to defending the Hudson River and its tributaries and protecting the drinking water supply of nine million New York City and Hudson Valley residents. Riverkeeper is actively involved in several issues and campaigns including, gas drilling also known as fracking, Indian Point, water quality, sewage contamination, pollution enforcement, and Newtown Creek and Gowanus Canal Superfund cleanup. For more than 45 years Riverkeeper has been New York’s clean water advocate.
