Zac Blitz is an experienced project manager and technical director with a strong background in theatrical production and scenic design. Currently serving as Project Manager at Hudson Scenic Studios since October 2018, Zac previously held the role of Associate Project Manager and gained extensive experience as Technical Director at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Zac's background includes positions such as Master Carpenter at Shakespeare & Company and various roles at the State Theatre of Ithaca, Inc. and Calf Audio. Zac's notable projects include work on notable marinas and large-scale events, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in project management, technical direction, and production support. Zac holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatrical Production Arts from Ithaca College and a Professional Certification in Computer Assisted Design from Rockland Community College.

Hudson Scenic Studio is a premier provider of custom fabrication, automation and bespoke finishes, servicing the entertainment and architectural industries since 1980. Hudson Theatrical Associates specializes in technical supervision and production management. Our engineering, carpentry, automation, and finishing departments collectively draw from decades of hands-on experience in the shop and on site to bring creative, economical solutions and best practices to our clients. Our technical supervision team hires and manages labor, as well as oversees logistics and plans for installations, load ins, and load outs. Our production management work includes Broadway & touring theatre, art & architectural installations, and live events around the world.
