Jimena Labrenz

Jimena Labrenz has a diverse work experience with multiple roles in different companies. Jimena started working as a Cashier at Arlington Wine & Liquor in 2012. Jimena then joined Hudson Valley Credit Union as a Teller in 2014 before moving on to become a Call Center Representative and later a Head Teller. In these roles, they demonstrated strong customer service skills and the ability to handle fast-paced environments. Jimena also worked as a Consumer Loan Specialist II, ensuring the accuracy of Home Equity Loans and making changes to internal procedures as needed. Jimena then became a Real Estate Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at the same company, responsible for funding and maintaining Commercial mortgages and ensuring compliance with regulations. Jimena recently transitioned to the role of Quality Control Analyst, where they are using their attention to detail to review company procedures and ensure adherence to compliance regulations.
