Kelly Outwater

Kelly Outwater is a Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Marketing at Hudson Valley Credit Union since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly held various marketing positions within the organization since May 1999. With a background in marketing communications and business development, Kelly has extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive demand for consumer and B2B divisions. Kelly's expertise also includes managing marketing mix, executing marketing plans, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Kelly has a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from Saint Francis University.
