Kristen Becker

Kristen Becker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kristen recently worked at Hudson Valley Credit Union, starting in 2017. Kristen held various roles within the company, including Junior Commercial Credit Analyst, Commercial Loan Processor, Commercial Loan Originations Administrator, and Card Dispute and Fraud Specialist. Prior to that, Kristen worked as an Office Administrator at New England Orthotic and Prosthetic Systems, LLC, where they handled client processing, insurance verification, and financial record-keeping. Kristen also worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness, Inc., where they managed client admissions, insurance benefits, and appointment scheduling. Kristen has experience in the healthcare sector as well, having worked as a Direct Care Worker at Astor Services for Children & Families and as a Certified Nursing Assistant in private in-home care. Kristen also has teaching experience, having worked as a Teaching Assistant at A Starting Place and SUNY Plattsburgh, where they supported lesson delivery, evaluated student performance, and communicated progress to parents and professors.

Kristen Becker's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Nanuet Senior High School in 2010. Following that, they attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2010 to 2013, where they studied psychology. During their time at SUNY Plattsburgh, they did not obtain a degree.

In 2014, Kristen received certification as a Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant/Aide from Big Apple Training. Kristen then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Development from SUNY Empire State College, graduating from there in 2016.

In 2012, Kristen obtained certification in First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. In 2014, they became a Certified Nursing Assistant through the New York State Department of Health. Additionally, they completed mandated reporter training in September 2015 through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.

Most recently, in 2022, Kristen enrolled in the American Bankers Association and obtained a Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending, specializing in Commercial Lending.
