Rebecca Adams

Rebecca Adams has a comprehensive background in human resources and employee relations. Rebecca currently serves as the Associate Director of People & Culture at Hudson Valley Farm Hub and facilitates courses for eCornell's Diversity & Inclusion certificate. With previous experience as a Human Resources Director at various companies such as Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions and Williams Lumber, Rebecca also taught HR-related subjects at The Culinary Institute of America. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Employee Relations from Penn State University and has completed various programs at The Wharton School.
