Julie Grant

Julie Grant is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and strategic recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Research & Strategy Consultant in Talent Intelligence at Macquarie Group since December 2016. Previously held roles include Strategic Recruitment Partner and Recruitment Manager for the EMEA region at the same company. Julie has extensive experience in the recruitment field, having worked at Credit Suisse as a Recruitment Business Partner for both EMEA and Americas, and at AIG as Manager of Talent Acquisition. Early career positions include Executive Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Practice Area Manager at ICS, a Korn Ferry company. Julie began their career as a Senior Production Assistant at Wiley and has additional experience as an Executive Assistant and intern. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
