Ana Maharaj

Ana Maharaj is a seasoned professional in human resources and payroll operations, currently serving as the Director of Payroll Operations at Magna International since August 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Hudson's Bay, where Ana held the position of VP of Human Resources Operations from January 2018 to May 2023, overseeing the centralization of HR administrative tasks across Canada and the US. Ana's tenure at Hudson's Bay Company from 2002 to 2017 involved various leadership roles, including VP Compensation and Director of Compensation Canada, with responsibilities ranging from managing compensation for business entities to leading teams and maintaining budget accountability. Ana is an alumna of Humber College.
