Julia Crouch is an experienced marketing and customer experience professional with a strong background in retail management. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager and previously as a Customer Experience Manager at Hudson's Bay since July 2017, Julia has developed expertise in merchandising, training, and customer service. Prior roles include Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Home Outfitters from November 2010 to July 2017, and Department Head at Hudson's Bay Company from March 2010 to November 2010. Julia began their career as a Functional House MOD at Linens N Things from May 2007 to January 2009. Julia holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, Sociology, and Political Science from the University of Guelph, earned between 2004 and 2008.
