Steve Dixon serves as the Vice President of Business Transformation at Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream Company since November 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Boston Beer Company from January 2016 to December 2022, where Steve held various roles, including Senior Program Manager in Supply Chain Operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Labatt Breweries of Canada, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Project Management Office to overseeing utilities and capital initiatives, optimizing packaging processes, and leading production on the bottling line. Steve began a career with AB InBev as a Global Management Trainee in 2010 after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
