Jerlisa "Juju" Fontaine, MPH, is a seasoned leader in product management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Host & Content Creator at Very Necessary Decisions and as Founder & CEO of Hue Capital, an AI-powered career and business advisement platform. With a diverse background that includes significant roles at Oscar Health as a Product Manager and at NYU Langone Health in project coordination for health innovation, Jerlisa has demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, UX research, data analysis, and community building.
