Lucas Constanti

Lucas Constanti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lucas began their career as a Croo member at the Appalachian Mountain Club in 2009, where they gained experience in camp maintenance, food preparation, and teamwork. In 2010, Lucas interned at the Horn of Africa Community Group, assisting with grant writing and event organization. Lucas then worked as an Assistant Chef at the Appalachian Mountain Club in 2012, overseeing a team of 10 employees and cooking for a large number of guests. Lucas joined Randstad in 2013 as a Contractor before transitioning to the Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) in 2014. At HUECU, they started as a Senior Operations Representative, where they were involved in writing and reviewing processes, working on company-wide projects, and resolving daily issues with stakeholders and vendors. Lucas currently holds the role of Operations and Sustainability Specialist at HUECU since September 2020.

Lucas Constanti began their education at Lexington High School from 2006 to 2009. Lucas then obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Westfield State University from 2009 to 2010. In 2010 they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the Foundation of International Education in London. In 2011 they attended Kingston University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. From 2012 to 2013, Lucas attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History and Information Technology. Lucas Constanti continued their academic journey by attending Harvard Extension School from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Sustainability.

In addition to their formal education, Lucas Constanti has also obtained several certifications. They include Environmental Policy and International Development from Harvard University, Green Building and Community Sustainability from Harvard University, and LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc.
