Vidyalani Krishnasamy

Vidyalani Krishnasamy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Vidyalani started their career at HSBC Data Processing Lanka as a Customer Service Executive, where they provided assistance to UK-based HSBC offices regarding banking transactions. Vidyalani then worked at Jotyss as an Accounts Assistant, responsible for processing invoices, payments, and expenses, as well as managing petty cash. Vidyalani later joined Excila Telecom as a Finance Executive, where they handled tasks such as invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and payroll processing. Vidyalani also established a chart of accounts and recorded business transactions in QuickBooks. At Project Place, Vidyalani worked as a Staff Accountant, with responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll. Vidyalani entered vendor invoices, conducted bank transfers, and posted deposits into QuickBooks. Additionally, they applied payments to accounts receivable. Currently, Vidyalani holds the position of Staff Accountant at Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU).

Vidyalani Krishnasamy pursued their Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree from Monash University. Vidyalani specialized in Accounting, Banking, and Finance during their enrollment from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they obtained an Affiliate certification from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in February 2012. Recently, in 2020, Vidyalani began their Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
