Lisa Leifheit has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lisa started their career as a Recruiter at Reichard Staffing from 2001 to 2003. Lisa then worked as a Youth Market Director at The American Heart Association from 2003 to 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they served as an Advertising Executive at The Beaches Leader. Lisa joined PPR Talent Management Group in 2015 as a Nurse Recruiter and later transitioned to Baptist Health as a Nurse Recruiter from 2016 to 2020. In 2015, they also began working at Hueman Your RPO Partner, where they held the position of Relationship Manager until 2021. Lisa continued their career at Adventist HealthCare from 2017 to 2021, where they worked as both a Nurse Recruiter and a Recruitment Manager. Currently, they are employed at Hueman People Solutions as the Director of RPO Operations, a position they have held since 2021.
Lisa Leifheit attended Florida State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. In addition to their degree, Lisa has obtained various certifications. In July 2020, they completed the "Counterintuitive Leadership Strategies for a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) Environment" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in June 2020, they obtained the "Advice for Leaders During a Crisis" certification, also from LinkedIn.
