Dan Pesavento

In his role as chief operating officer, Dan builds market share and stakeholder value through strategic planning and customer relationships. He is responsible for the continual improvement of Huen procedures and processes and manages the in-house design and engineering process for design/build projects. Dan leads our teams on integrated project design opportunities.

In 1990 while pursuing his degree in electrical engineering, Dan joined the Huen team. He quickly grasped the importance of understanding customer needs and worked towards always exceeding them. In 2001, he was promoted to vice president and in 2008 was appointed chief operating officer.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from Purdue University. He is licensed as a professional engineer in the State of Illinois. Dan is ASHE certified and completed several courses on Chicago’s Electrical Code and the National Electrical Code. He has also completed construction safety courses, including NFPA 70E, electrical design for healthcare institutions, and construction law from the National Electrical Contractors Association Management Institute.
