Damaris Castañares

Damaris Castañares has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2014, they began their career as an Operador Telefónico at Ministerio de Planificación-UNLaM. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Asistente de RR.HH call center at Ministerio de Energía y Minería-UNLaM. In 2017, they were promoted to Supervisora de Calidad at the same company. In 2018, they transitioned to Norauto Argentina as an Administrativa de Ventas until 2019. During the same year, they worked as a Liquidadora de Sueldos y Jornales at Estudio Contable - Impositivo for a few months. In 2019, they joined HUENEI IT SERVICES as a Payroll Assistant and held the position until 2021 when they transitioned to TMF Group for a role as a Payroll Assistant. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Analyst at HUENEI IT SERVICES.

From 2015 to 2020, Damaris Castañares studied at the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza. During this time, they pursued a degree in Licenciatura in Relaciones Laborales, specializing in the field of Humanidades/Estudios humanísticos.
