Luciana Clerici

Luciana Clerici has a diverse work experience. Luciana started their career as a telemarketer at Claro Argentina in 2014. Later, they worked at Círculo Policía Federal as a receptionist administrative, where they handled various tasks such as member assistance, responding to inquiries, database updating, and managing suppliers. Luciana also served as an HR assistant, where they were responsible for job postings, resume review, candidate contact, and pre-selection interviews.

Currently, Luciana works at Huenei IT Services. Luciana started as an IT Recruiting Assistant, where they searched and preselected IT candidates, updated the database, and published job advertisements. Later, they transitioned to the role of People Care Analyst, where they support employee performance development, provides conflict resolution guidance, conducts soft skills coaching, manages training programs, liaises with clients for profile assessment, and handles administrative needs for employees through various communication channels.

Luciana Clerici has a Licenciatura degree in Psychology from UADE. Luciana is currently pursuing a Coach ontológico degree in Coaching from View Connection, with an expected completion date in 2022.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Luciana has obtained certifications in "Nuevas tecnologías en selección de personal" from UADE in March 2018, and in "Asistente de selección de personal" from Capacitarte in March 2017.
