Paul Armstrong

Paul Armstrong has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Paul served as the Director of Information Technology at Hueston Hennigan LLP from 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Pond North LLP for almost two decades, where they led the IT department in various tasks such as network upgrades, software implementations, and designing office data centers. Additionally, they worked with management to procure and implement software to improve productivity, oversaw budget and staffing needs, and trained users on the latest technology. Before Pond North, they worked as a Network Administrator at Burke, Williams and Sorensen LLP from 2002 to 2004. Paul'searlier roles include Technical Graphic Illustrator, Desktop Support Technician, and Network Administrator at AppliedGeoKinetics, where they created technical illustrations and supported desktop and network issues. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Technician, Technical Illustrator, and Desktop Support Technician at Bing Yen & Associates, where they collected field information, transferred it to technical illustrations, and set up LAN networks.

Paul Armstrong attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Technology. Prior to that, they attended BYU-Pathway Worldwide from 2019 to 2020, where they pursued Applied Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the following certifications from Microsoft in November 2003: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Support Technician, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows 2000 Server (MCSE).
