Luis Romero

Luis Romero has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director de Recursos Humanos at Huf Group since 1992, overseeing health and safety, compliance, and communication. Previously, Luis held roles as Jefe de recursos humanos and Técnico de personal, focusing on personnel and accounting. From 2001 to 2004, Luis was Director Regional RRHH for FICOSA, coordinating the implementation of HR policies across five industrial plants in central Spain. Luis holds a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad de Zaragoza, an MBA from IE Business School, a Master en Recursos Humanos from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM), and became an Executive Coach through Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2021.
