Ariana Gashi

Ariana Gashi is a Human Resources specialist with a focus on recruitment, currently working at HUG - Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève since August 2023. Previously, Ariana served as a Human Resources Officer at ACT Alliance in June 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Eli Lilly and Company from December 2020 to November 2022. In November 2020, Ariana provided psychological support as a Psychologist during the COVID-19 crisis for IMAD employees. Prior to this, from January to June 2020, Ariana completed an internship at the Etat de Genève within the Service Psychosocial de la Police Cantonale Genevoise, gaining experience in recruitment, psychometric testing, and creating resources related to COVID-19 and employee well-being. Educationally, Ariana holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lausanne, completed between 2014 and 2020.
