Benjamin le Blanc

Benjamin Le Blanc is an experienced Senior Database Administrator with a diverse background in database management and development across multiple industries. Currently serving at HUG - Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève as a Senior DBA since February 2022, Benjamin has previously held roles such as Senior Data Manager at SOCAR Trading, Database Architect at BNP Paribas Securities Services, and Senior DBA at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Throughout a career spanning over 15 years, Benjamin has successfully managed and optimized databases, facilitated migrations to cloud infrastructures, and supported diverse development teams in environments utilizing SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Sybase. Achievements include significant migrations to Azure SQL Databases and the successful administration of over 700 database instances. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Sciences physiques from Université Paris 13.
