Jean-Clément Cabrol

Jean-Clément CABROL is a seasoned medical humanitarian expert with extensive experience in emergency response and operational management. Currently self-employed since October 2019, CABROL also serves as Chargé de mission Covid at Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève since March 2020. Previously, CABROL held various pivotal roles at Médecins Sans Frontières Suisse from January 2011 to October 2019, including Responsable du Support aux Urgences and Directeur des opérations. With a foundational background in fieldwork, CABROL has worked in diverse contexts such as Kurdistan, Iran, Angola, and Tchétchénie, managing urgent medical responses to crisis situations. CABROL earned a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology between 1983 and 1994.
