Mieke Rapin

Mieke Rapin has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Adjointe du responsable des ressources humaines at HUG - Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève since January 2024, focusing on personnel management and organizational work in the DFEA department. Previously, Mieke held the position of Human Resources Manager at imad from May 2020 to December 2023, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and health management. Mieke also managed HR functions at the Central Compensation Office CCO, where responsibilities included shaping HR strategy and policies from October 2012 to March 2020. Earlier roles included Global Head of Recruitment and Selection at Temenos, Regional Human Resources Manager for SEMEA, and various HR management positions at CBG Compagnie Bancaire and Rabo Robeco Bank. Mieke holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Geneva.
