Paul Tairraz

Paul Tairraz has extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors, currently serving as the Responsable du développement pédagogique and Responsable Technologies et Digital Learning at HUG - Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève since February 2005. This role involves coordinating training initiatives, managing digital content, and overseeing the learning management system. Paul also has a strong background in quality management as a Project Manager for an inter-institutional project implementing an LMS platform and has managed specialized training teams with approximately 30 collaborators. With previous experience as a trainer in emergency care and responsibilities for the ongoing education of internal physicians, Paul began his career at HUG as a general nurse in pediatric oncology and emergency services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Sciences and a Community Health Certificate from the University of Geneva, as well as a diploma in General Nursing from Haute école de santé de Genève.
