Prissila Lima

Prissila Lima began their work experience in 2012 as an Auxiliar de BackOffice at TIVIT, where they worked until 2015. Prissila then joined Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes as a Consultora de Vendas from July 2015 to June 2018. In 2020, they started working at Huggy, first as an SDR from January 2020 to October 2021, and then as the Team Leader of Inside Sales, a position they currently hold. In their current role, Prissila is responsible for managing the Inside Sales team, including performance, goals, and metrics. Prissila actively contributes to the development of technical and behavioral skills of their team members, and also collaborates with other leaders to align initiatives.

From 2018 to 2020, Prissila attended Estácio where they pursued a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Analysis and Systems Development.

From 2012 to 2014, they attended Escola Técnica Geração and obtained a degree in Radiology Technology.

In August 2021, they completed the "Gestão Remota" certification from Escola Conquer. In March 2021, they obtained the "Como Fazer Perguntas Poderosas para Vendas," "Como Melhorar a Prospecção de Vendas," and "Competências Interpessoais para Profissionais de Vendas" certifications from LinkedIn. In January 2021, they completed the "Introdução ao Inbound" and "Introdução ao Inside Sales" certifications from RD University. Prissila also obtained the "Atendimento ao Cliente - Customer Hero" certification from Octadesk in January 2021. Furthermore, in September 2019, they completed the "Fundamentos do Vendedor de Alta Performance" certification from Nectar Academy.
