Richard Moran

Richard Moran is an experienced professional currently serving as the People Performance Lead at Hugh Baird College since January 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of People at Velstar, a Shopify Plus Partner Agency, from January 2023 to February 2024. As the Head Football Coach at the Football Development Agency since January 2010, Richard has amassed significant expertise in coaching and team development. Additionally, Richard worked as the Group Internal Communications, Engagement, and CSR Manager at Bond Turner from October 2018 to January 2023, and as a Football Coach at Burnley Football Club from August 2010 to April 2014. Richard holds a BSc Honours degree in Performance Development & Coaching from Edge Hill University, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
