A Partner in the Commercial property team, David’s focus is on plot sales and part exchange transactions. He has extensive experience of associated planning agreements, statutory infrastructure agreements, residential conveyancing, and site acquisitions including greenfield and brownfield sites, mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration schemes.

David’s expertise lies within site acquisitions and disposals, planning agreements, statutory infrastructure agreements, residential conveyancing, and real estate development and regeneration for housebuilders.

Attending the College of Law, Guildford in 1986, having graduated from Aberystwyth University, David qualified as a Solicitor in 1989. David went on to join Hugh James in 2006 and not long after, in 2010, became a Partner with the firm.
