Rhian Parsons

Since qualifying Rhian Parsons has specialised exclusively in Clinical Negligence work thereby gaining experience in all areas, but with a special interest in obstetrics, oncology and wrongful birth claims.

Rhian has successfully concluded several seven figure clinical negligence claims involving catastrophic injuries caused by negligent medical treatment including one case with a value of £8,000,000. Rhian also deals with many other lower value clinical negligence cases and is mindful of the fact that each case is of vital importance to the client, irrespective of its financial value. Rhian is a member of the Law Society clinical negligence panel.

Rhian has been names as a recommended practitioner for clinical negligence in The Legal 500 independent legal directory.

Rhian has been a partner in the Medical Negligence Team since 2014. She trained and qualified (2001) at Hugh James and advanced through associate (2008) and senior associate (2011).
