Gail Elmore is the President of Massachusetts Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership, Inc. (MAHOBY) and Self Employed - Investor. With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Muhlenberg College, Gail has been actively involved in youth leadership development since January 2005, providing seminars and staff trainings to empower young leaders. Additionally, Gail has served as a FOP Member at Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership from July 2007 to July 2012.
