Russ Collins

Russ Collins is currently the Corporate Director of Quality at Hughes Circuits Inc, a high-tech EMS company. Prior to this role, Russ held positions such as Chief Operations Officer at REAL Marketing Inc and Director of Quality at U.S. Circuit Inc. With a background in various quality and consulting roles, Russ brings a wealth of experience to the table. Russ also has a strong educational background, having studied at El Camino College and received specialized training in Weapons Fire Control and Radar systems while serving in the US Navy.
