Kevin Beaumonte

Kevin Beaumonte is an experienced professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tenant Representation at Hughes Marino since November 2019. With previous roles at Hughes Marino as Vice President of Tenant Representation, and extensive experience at Newmark as Associate Director of Tenant Representation, Kevin has a strong background in tenant advocacy. Additionally, Kevin contributed as Co-chair of the Business Innovation Committee for the Innovation TRIVALLEY Leadership Group and worked as Account Executive at NEx Systems. Earlier in Kevin's career, important technical experience was gained as a Stage Technician at the San Francisco Opera. Kevin holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Chico.
