Dhiraj Grover

Dhiraj Grover has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Dhiraj started their career as a Jr. HR Executive at Contata Solutions in 2008, where they managed the recruitment life-cycle and handled functions such as sourcing candidates and managing employee exits. In 2009, they joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Executive, responsible for fulfilling manpower requirements across business units and locations. Dhiraj worked there until 2014, gaining experience in recruiting and managing personnel at middle and senior management levels. Following this, they served as an Assistant Manager at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they hold a role in Talent Acquisition at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), starting in 2015.

Dhiraj Grover pursued their education starting in 2003 at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce in 2006. Dhiraj then attended the Accurate Institute of Management from 2006 to 2008, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in HR & Marketing.
