Smita Silswal has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Smita is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HERE Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from June 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Sr.IT Recruiter at Mobile programming LLC. from February 2020 to December 2020. Smita'searliest work experience was at TD Newton & Associates, where they served as a Senior Consultant (IT Recruitment) from January 2015 to February 2020.
