Rabindra Shakya

Rabindra (Rabi) Shakya has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rabindra (Rabi) started their career in 2000 as a Senior Programmer and Network System Administrator at Arctic Systems, Inc. In 2004, they joined IPX Communications, Corp. and served as the Director Gabon Operations. Rabindra (Rabi) then moved on to become the Director of IT and Telecom at IPX from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they took on the role of Director of Telecommunications Services & Operations at IPX. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of VP Engineering And Operations, a role they held until 2018. Since 2018, Rabindra has been working at Hughes, initially as a Senior Program Manager and currently as the Principal Program Manager.

Rabindra (Rabi) Shakya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Capitol College in 2000. Rabindra (Rabi) later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations, from the University of Maryland from 2013 to 2015.
