Carolina Conte has extensive experience in product development and management within the fashion industry, currently serving as Team Leader for product development in accessories at HUGO BOSS since October 2015. In this role, Carolina oversees the workflow among design, brand management, and operations, managing supplier relations and ensuring adherence to development timelines and commercial requirements. Prior to HUGO BOSS, Carolina worked at Rossimoda Spa as Product Development Manager for Givenchy, focusing on women's shoe collections and managing technical and aesthetic requirements. Earlier experience includes a commercial analyst role at Beautéprivée.fr and a marketing assistant position at Trops Spa. Carolina holds a Master's degree in International Management from ESCP Business School and two Master's degrees in Marketing and Communication from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from the same institution.
