Jay Yen

Jay Yen has been working in the IT industry since 2007. In that time, they have held a variety of roles. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Datacenter Operations/Project Coordinator/Network and Connectivity Support. Jay then moved to TRITECH Communications Inc. in 2012 as a Foreman and Estimator. In 2014, they worked as an IT/Audio Visual/Security Design Engineer at AKF Group. From 2016 to 2020, they were an ICT Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager at Robert Derector Telecommunications. In 2019, they worked at Shen Milsom & Wilke as a Senior Consultant. Since 2021, they have been a Technical Program Manager at both hugoWREN Mac Consulting and as an Independent Consultant.

Jay Yen's education history includes attending Stony Brook University from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Information Systems. Jay then attended Career Institute of Health and Technology from 2001 to 2003, where they studied WAN Networking Engineer. After that, they attended Nassau Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Finally, they attended General Society from 2015 to 2017, studying Engineering Design - Autocad & Revit. Jay also has two certifications, Procore Certified: Engineer from Procore Technologies obtained in April 2021, and CCNA from Cisco.
