Jessica Heetland

Jessica Heetland has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, beginning with a position as a Secretary at 3B Electric and Southwest Equipment from May 2010 to May 2014, where responsibilities included assisting customers, inventory management, and reporting. After serving as a Tutor at Hartley Melvin Sanborn Middle School from September 2011 to May 2014, Jessica worked as a Dining Services Assistant at Piazza Dining Center from September 2014 to October 2015, attending to the needs of 500-1,000 students daily. Subsequent experience includes a part-time role as a Financial Analyst at John Deere from October 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed report generation and data compilation. Jessica currently works as a Waitress at HuHot Mongolian Grill, a position held since June 2016, and previously worked in a similar capacity at Barefoot Bar during the summer of 2014. Jessica holds a High School Diploma from Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School and attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2014 to 2018.
