Jayesh Manek

Jayesh Manek has extensive experience in finance and business transformation, spanning over three decades. Jayesh is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance Transformation at Huhtamaki since 2022. Prior to this, Jayesh held various leadership roles at Tetra Pak, including Vice President of Global Finance and Business Transformation - Business Partner Supply Chain Operations, CFO - Asia Pacific Head Quarters, Finance & Business Transformation Director for South Asia Markets and Indonesia, Business Controller at Tetra Pak Head Quarter in Switzerland, and Regional Controller for South and South East Asia. Jayesh also worked as an Asst. Finance Manager at Maharastra Organo Chemicals Limited and as an Accountant at NGDA Sadar. Throughout their career, Jayesh has achieved significant accomplishments such as achieving reductions in working capital, increasing top-line revenues, and improving gross margin and operating margin through strategic planning and cost efficiency initiatives.

Jayesh Manek earned an Associate's degree in Sustainability Studies from the University of Cambridge in 2022. In 2019, they completed the Transformational Leadership Program at IMD. Prior to that, they completed the Leadership Acceleration Program at IMD in 2015. Jayesh holds a CMA (Cost Management) degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, which they earned with honors from 1994 to 1996. In 1990, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from Nagpur University. Jayesh Manek has also completed various leadership courses at IMD. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including courses on assertiveness, leadership, self-confidence, crisis management, and environmental sustainability.
