Johan Rabe

Johan Rabe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Digital and Process Performance at Huhtamaki since August 2023, Johan previously held key positions at Oatly, including Chief Supply Chain Officer and President of Supply & Manufacturing from September 2020 to December 2022. Johan's tenure at Tetra Pak spanned from 1994 to September 2020, where roles included Vice President of Sales Management for Europe and Central Asia, Managing Director for the Nordics and North Europe, and Director of various strategic initiatives. Johan holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and degrees in Economics and International Finance from the University of Virginia and the University of Gothenburg, alongside military leadership training from the Infantry Officers Academy.
