Sara Castellazzi

Sara Castellazzi has extensive experience in HR roles, beginning their career at Nokia Italia Spa as an HR Specialist before moving on to roles such as HR Consultant and HR Manager at Nokia Oy. Sara later worked at Microsoft as a Senior HR Manager before their current position as the Senior Manager HR Operations and Head of HR for Nothern & Eastern Europe at Huhtamaki. Sara's focus has been on driving the People Agenda and achieving business results through various HR functions such as performance management, talent management, and compensation & benefits.
