Marlies Germanus

Marlies Germanus is a seasoned professional in community engagement and project management, currently serving as a community librarian at Huis73.nl since October 2019, focusing on creating future-oriented library services that enhance community value. Previously, Marlies held various roles, including a bicycle courier, business developer, and team leader at Shortcut Fietskoeriers from December 2016 to September 2019, and a concept developer at De Personeelskamer in early 2018. As the owner of Marlies Germanus Producties from June 2011 to January 2018, responsibilities included project leadership and coordination. Additional significant positions include co-founding RUIM Den Bosch and serving as a board member for Stichting Raket. Marlies has earned a Bachelor of Theatre in Creative Producing from Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Leadership and Strategy at TIAS School for Business and Society.
