Patricia Schothorst

Patricia Schothorst has extensive experience in the field of psychiatry, currently serving as a Psychiater-consulent at Huisartsen Eemland BV and as a Psychiater at Care to Change, both positions held since September 2022. In addition to clinical roles, Patricia holds positions on various supervisory boards, including as a member of the Raad van Toezicht for CCE and Riwis Zorg & Welzijn. With a rich background at UMC Utrecht spanning from 1984 to 2020 as a medical specialist-psychiatrist, Patricia has engaged in management, research, and education, further contributing as a member of the Examencommissie at Universiteit Utrecht since 2017. Patricia's commitment to advancing the field is evident through leadership roles with national organizations, including the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychiatrie. Academic achievements include a Doctorate from Utrecht University and an Advanced University Teaching Qualification.
