Arkka Dhiratara has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arkka started their career as a Lecturer Assistant at Universitas Paramadina in 2008, and later worked as a Network Engineer at Biznet in 2010. In the same year, Arkka also worked as a Software Engineer at Asean Multimedia Interactive Network.
From 2010 to 2014, Arkka served as a Lead Software Engineer at the President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight, where they led the development of various government-wide information systems.
In 2018, Arkka joined Hukumonline.com as the CTO, where they introduced modern software development practices and led the technology transformation of the largest legal database provider company in Indonesia. Arkka also served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Hukumonline.com from January 2020 to August 2020.
In 2019, Arkka took on the role of Indonesia Founding Ambassador at ASEAN LegalTech, a platform that promotes and builds the LegalTech ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
Finally, in August 2020, Arkka became the Chief Executive Officer of Hukumonline.com, leading the company as it continues to provide computer-assisted legal research services to its customers.
Arkka Dhiratara completed their Master of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science in Informatics from Universitas Paramadina from 2006 to 2010. Arkka completed their high school education at SMA Negeri 3 Jakarta from 2003 to 2006.
