Kerin Durfee

Kerin Durfee is a seasoned professional in human resources and operational management with extensive experience spanning several key leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Hula since July 2024, Kerin previously held the same title at the City of Burlington, Vermont, from June 2020 to September 2024, and also served as Police Commissioner, providing oversight of the Burlington Police Department. Additional contributions include serving as a Commissioner for the Vermont Commission on Women and directing earned revenues and guest services at ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain.
