Tara Simkins serves as a Partner at Hull Barrett, PC, since November 1998, specializing in general business and commercial real estate transactions, as well as trademark and copyright matters. Tara also has a keen interest in consulting on conservation easements and mentoring female lawyers. Previously, Tara worked as an Associate at Nelson Mullins from 1994 to 1998, focusing on product liability defense in the Atlanta, GA office. Tara holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law (1989-1992) and a B.A. in English and Dance from Wake Forest University (1985-1989).
